Pergolas vine, beautiful bougainville‘s and charming paved pathways, Villa Boreas is located on the small picturesque sandy beach of Ammoudi, an unrivalled location where timeless values and modern comfort combine in a heady celebration of life. Villa Boreas, days are spent slipping between the pool and the sparkling sea, and evenings are made for starlit reverie.
For us, it’s not a holiday without the sea. The waves lapping onto our toes. An early morning or sunset dip, just you and the ocean. Diving to explore underwater treasures or simply lying supine on the beach, knowing the water is there. Better still is to have all that on our doorstep.
The garden have many chill-out areas. Two outdoor dining areas, one shady and fresh for your breakfast and the second for your lunch or dinner. The alfresco dining areas are ideal for pleasant moments with family and friends. Spacious and comfortable furnished verandas offer relaxing tranquillity in the mild climate of Mediterranean, while the big heated swimming pool guarantees the beneficial effects of a refreshing bath the spring and the autumn.
Boreas luxury beachfront home accommodate up to five guests and are equipped with two bathrooms and two fully equipped kitchens, one indoor and one outdoor with bbq.
Has two sleeping areas: One room in the ground floor with a Super-double bed and second room the upper level also with a Super-double bed. It also has one additional sofa bed in the living room which can accommodate an additional 1 children.
Villa Boreas offers so much outdoor space that everyone can easily find a quiet corner to sit back, sunbathe, read and dream. Guests also have the option of cooking outdoors. All, within the confines of a stone-made fence with a remotely controlled gate, to ensure total privacy.
The our beach house washed by clear, turquoise blue waters, the soft white sand is just a few steps away. the small beaches that are scattered in front of the villa are almost never crowded, it has the feel of a fabulous private beach.
Villa Boreas are ideally located, a few steps from the beach of Ammoudi and Psarou, close to the most beautiful parts of the island but far away from the noise and the crowds. 15 km away from Zante Town, 19 km away from Zante Airport and 17 Km from Port of Agios Nikolaos Volimes. It takes about 20 minutes to visit Amoudi by car from Zante Town, 25 minutes from Zante Airport and 30 minutes from Port of Agios Nikolai’s Volimes.
Tsilivi has a choice of souvenir shops and mini markets selling everything from your beach essentials to jewellery and leather goods. There is also a supermarket for a larger holiday shop. For a greater choice head to Zante Town, 20 minutes’ drive away, with good clothing and local craft shops.
You’re sure to find something to suit all taste buds in Tsilivi. From traditional Greek tavernas to Chinese and Italian, there really is something for everyone. If you’re after a sea view, why not head down to one of the restaurants lining the coastline? There are also plenty of bars for an evening cocktail.
Villa is close to the Psarou beach, small but charming beach. There is a lot of such samll bays through the east coast of Zakytnhos. Tsilivi’s beach is a long stretch of fine sand and gently shelving waters ideal for families. There are lots of beach bars offering waitress service direct to your sunbed, so you can relax in style. You’ll also find a superb choice of watersports on offer, including parasailing, pedaloes, boat rides and and jet skis. If you’re looking for a more laidback pace head to the smaller cove of Bouka Beach.
Close to the Amoundi 15 min by car you can get to Tsilivi -resort is ideal for families with lots on offer to keep everyone busy. Try your hand at Fantasy Mini Golf, with three 18 hole courses great for some friendly competition. Or cool off at the Tsilivi Waterpark with a ride along the lazy river. Luna Fun Park, located along the main street, has trampolines, inflatables and face painting – ideal for keeping the younger children entertained.
The famous Shipwreck Bay is well worth a visit! Explore the mountains by car and stop off the viewpoint for a great photo opportunity, or take a boat trip to see the wreck up close. Set above Zante Town, Bochali Hill offers wonderful views over the town and over the coastline. Why not stop off at one of the cafes for lunch or an ice cream?
