Erasing boundaries between interior and exterior but also highlighting constructional simplicity and pure lines, this luxury villa complex is a modern masterpiece of sustainable architecture that boasts a harmonious blend of comfort, natural beauty and ecological consideration.
Our waterfront Villa 2, spanning 210 square meters, blends harmoniously with nature, while offering a place of escape and privacy for up to 8 guests. With a total of 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, and state-of-the-art facilities, step into a world where everything has been created with relaxation in mind, admire the beautiful nature all around and make yourself at home.
Upon entering the villa through the impressive staircase upon the green roof, guests are welcomed into the beautifully designed living room seamlessly integrated with a fully equipped kitchen. This luxury private villa is decorated in a clean and contemporary style with large living areas and an abundance of natural light streaming through the windows. One bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a balcony and sea view is also set on the first floor, while a shared WC also caters to the convenience of all guests.
The ground floor holds three bedrooms that open up to a terrace, overlooking the captivating sea, enhancing the serene ambiance of the space. The ample glass sliding doors that lead directly on to the terrace, gardens and the private beach. Each one is accompanied by its own private en-suite bathroom, while the master bedroom also comes with a jacuzzi. Guests may access the ground floor either from inside the villa or from the pool.
Outside, the villa’s outdoor oasis beckons with an inviting private first floor swimming pool – which can be heated at an extra cost – overlooking the infinite sea. Adding to the idyllic ambiance for relaxation, the patio features a thoughtfully designed seating and dining area with a built-in BBQ that encourages alfresco gatherings.

Nestled among olive groves on a hillside, Akrotiri is a laid-back village ideal for a relaxing beachfront escape on the western part of Zakynthos, north of Bohali. Approximately three kilometres from the heart of Zakynthos Town, the village is secluded enough to offer a quiet, scenic stay, but close enough to town and the beach at Tsilivi to ensure a holiday with something for everyone. Stroll along the narrow streets, adorned with colorful bougainvillea, and soak up the peaceful ambiance. Indulge in mouthwatering local delicacies and experience the warm hospitality that awaits.
Both Zakynthos town and neighbouring Tsilivi offer a wealth of souvenir shops to browse along their main streets and winding side roads. Zante Town, 5 minutes’ drive away, has a wide selection of shops to suit all tastes, from jewellery and clothes, to gifts and souvenirs. For daily essentials, there’s a mini market 750 meteres away.
Traditional tavernas offering delicious local delicacies and a spattering of more modern restaurants can be found along main streets and winding side roads in Zakynthos town and in Tsilivi alnong the resort’s main road and beach front. They can be reached in a short walk. There are traditional Greek restaurants as well as international cuisine such as Chinese or Italian.
The charming, rocky Krioneri Beach is about 3 km away. In Tsilivi beach offers something for everyone. There’s soft, golden sand that shelves gently into the sea, plenty of watersports to try your hand at and boat trips on offer. Beach bars are dotted along the sand – perfect for grabbing an ice cold refreshment. If you wish to venture away from the resort, travel north along the coastal road and discover the hidden gems of Xigia, Makri Gialos and Mikri Nisi beaches.
You’ll find water based activities aplenty including boat trips to the magnificent Blue Caves and turtle spotting cruises. The larger resort of Tsilivi, just 10 minutes’ drive away, is all about fun! There’s a fantastic mini golf course, a fun park with amusements for all. Sarakinado, near Zante Town also has an impressive Water Village.
Zante is of course famous for the picturesque Shipwreck Bay. Explore the mountains by car, stopping off at the viewpoint overlooking the shipwreck for some fantastic photos. Or, drive to Porto Vromi and take a boat into the bay itself to see the shipwreck up close. Whichever you choose you will not be disappointed!
Bocchali, on the hill overlooking Zante Town is a beautiful place to visit. Explore the Venetian castle or sit in one of the cafes with a cool drink while enjoying the view over the town and across to the Greek mainland.
