The Villa is defined throughout by minimal design utilizing metal and wood and oozing an essence of natural opulence.
It features two floors and can accommodate 8. The inside of the home is bright and spacious, offering 230 square meters of open plan comfortable living areas. On the ground floor you will find a cozy living room, a top-of-the-line fully equipped kitchen ideal for preparing delicious meals and a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. A shaded terrace is furnished with a dining table creating the ultimate outdoor dining environment. The large panoramic windows offer endless views outside of the home.
The stairs lead you to the second floor which includes 3 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. One bathroom features a Jacuzzi bathtub and the others a modern shower. Two of the bedrooms enjoy amazing sea views while the other two look over the garden and surrounding countryside. All rooms are fully equipped with Coco-Mat beds (there are top quality natural mattresses and sleep products) and include air conditioning and led TVs. There are sunbeds by the private swimming pool (40 square meters) as well as indoor parking and a barbeque. The villa also includes an alarm system to ensure guests’ safety.

Both Zakynthos town and neighbouring Tsilivi offer a wealth of souvenir shops to browse along their main streets and winding side roads. Zante Town, 5 minutes’ drive away, has a wide selection of shops to suit all tastes, from jewellery and clothes, to gifts and souvenirs. For daily essentials, there’s a mini market 750 meteres away.
Traditional tavernas offering delicious local delicacies and a spattering of more modern restaurants can be found along main streets and winding side roads in Zakynthos town and in Tsilivi alnong the resort’s main road and beach front. They can be reached in a short walk. There are traditional Greek restaurants as well as international cuisine such as Chinese or Italian.
The charming, rocky Krioneri Beach is about 3 km away. In Tsilivi beach offers something for everyone. There’s soft, golden sand that shelves gently into the sea, plenty of watersports to try your hand at and boat trips on offer. Beach bars are dotted along the sand – perfect for grabbing an ice cold refreshment. If you wish to venture away from the resort, travel north along the coastal road and discover the hidden gems of Xigia, Makri Gialos and Mikri Nisi beaches.
You’ll find water based activities aplenty including boat trips to the magnificent Blue Caves and turtle spotting cruises. The larger resort of Tsilivi, just 10 minutes’ drive away, is all about fun! There’s a fantastic mini golf course, a fun park with amusements for all. Sarakinado, near Zante Town also has an impressive Water Village.
Zante is of course famous for the picturesque Shipwreck Bay. Explore the mountains by car, stopping off at the viewpoint overlooking the shipwreck for some fantastic photos. Or, drive to Porto Vromi and take a boat into the bay itself to see the shipwreck up close. Whichever you choose you will not be disappointed!
Bocchali, on the hill overlooking Zante Town is a beautiful place to visit. Explore the Venetian castle or sit in one of the cafes with a cool drink while enjoying the view over the town and across to the Greek mainland.
