Vardaris Villa is a modern 3-bedroom villa, situated in a private, quiet location just 5 minutes’ walk above Tsilivi beach.The Villa is designed to give comfort to guests, and its atmosphere is noticeable as soon as you cross the entrance.
Finished to a high standard, the villa offers an escape from life’s pressures. Designer furniture complements the living area’s clean lines and immaculate, cool stone floor. The floor to ceiling sliding doors invite you out onto the terrace overlooking the sea, where sun loungers surround the pool. Steps invite you to cool off in the blue water of the tiled pool. Upstairs, the three-air conditioned en-suite bedrooms with their Coco mat beds promise peaceful nights, with crisp white cotton on sun touched skin.
Offering 150m2 of living space, Vardaris Villa is a fully equipped modern villa built in 2020. A private entrance leads into the living space with dining area and sofas, flatscreen TV and fireplace. Floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors lead out onto the pool terrace with dining area, sun loungers and Weber barbecue. The living area leads onto a fully equipped kitchen and downstairs WC. Upstairs, two en-suite bedrooms feature Coco mat double beds, rain showers and stunning sea views, and one en-suite bedroom on the first floor.
Vardaris Villa is located close to the sandy beach resort of Tsilivi in a quiet, private location overlooking the sea. The airport is only 10km away. Tsilivi is a modern Greek resort village with a large selection of shops, restaurants, cocktail lounges, and cafes. Its beach is a 5-minute walk away from the villa and Zante Town, the capital of the island, is only 5km away.
Both Zakynthos town and Tsilivi offer a wealth of souvenir shops to browse along their main streets and winding side roads. Zante Town, 5 minutes’ drive away, has a wide selection of shops to suit all tastes, from jewellery and clothes, to gifts and souvenirs. For daily essentials, there’s a mini market 750 meteres away.
Traditional tavernas offering delicious local delicacies and a spattering of more modern restaurants can be found along main streets and winding side roads in Zakynthos town and in Tsilivi alnong the resort’s main road and beach front. They can be reached in a short walk. There are traditional Greek restaurants as well as international cuisine such as Chinese or Italian.
In Tsilivi beach offers something for everyone. There’s soft, golden sand that shelves gently into the sea, plenty of watersports to try your hand at and boat trips on offer. Beach bars are dotted along the sand – perfect for grabbing an ice cold refreshment. If you wish to venture away from the resort, travel north along the coastal road and discover the hidden gems of Xigia, Makri Gialos and Mikri Nisi beaches.
You’ll find water based activities aplenty including boat trips to the magnificent Blue Caves and turtle spotting cruises. The larger resort of Tsilivi, is all about fun! There’s a fantastic mini golf course, a fun park with amusements for all. Sarakinado, near Zante Town also has an impressive Water Village.
Zante is of course famous for the picturesque Shipwreck Bay. Explore the mountains by car, stopping off at the viewpoint overlooking the shipwreck for some fantastic photos. Or, drive to Porto Vromi and take a boat into the bay itself to see the shipwreck up close. Whichever you choose you will not be disappointed!
Bocchali, on the hill overlooking Zante Town is a beautiful place to visit. Explore the Venetian castle or sit in one of the cafes with a cool drink while enjoying the view over the town and across to the Greek mainland.
